As of tomorrow I will be on a jet plane to Africa and I am sooo excited! I have had the opportunity to hang out with Rach and Gabe all day today getting prepared for Africa. They are a great couple who will be with me the whole time as volunteers with Africa Revolution.In the past week I have found out that my brother and his wife are having a baby boy due June 30ish and I can't even begin to describe how excited I am to see the Bauer family grow. I have also had quite a time getting ready to be away for 10 weeks by saying goodbye to various peeps and finishing up projects for school. As well as getting filled up by my namesake and a great worship service in Memphis visiting Colin and my family.
Please pray for safety and that I get over this horrible illness. As of right now I have almost completly lost my voice, which makes me so sad because it has limited the people I have been able to call to say goodbye.
